Our Story

Intelento Financial Services was founded in 2015. Driven by an entrepreneurial and innovative leadership team, our Fintech company introduced iDOCS and were the first to introduce Digital and Electronic Signatures to the Credit Market, which revolutionised the industry. We have a reputation to be industry disrupters and always challenge the now. With every step we take, we are aiming to revolutionise the industry and change the game for the benefit of all our stakeholders, especially the consumer.

 

Debt Counsellors face numerous daily challenges, including the significant challenge of securing consumers' signatures and the return of relevant supporting documents. Recognising these challenges and analysing the manual processes used to assist over-indebted consumers, highlighted the need for a more efficient system and process.

 

Months of meticulous planning and programming culminated in the development of the leading quoting  CRM system in South Africa. This system stands out for its effectiveness and efficiency, featuring full integration with Credit Bureaus and seamless connectivity with various PDA front-end systems. These integrations ensure the accurate capture of client information into the PDA systems, thereby eliminating human error.

 

Provided you have consumer consent, our Quick Capture Quoting Module will assist you to capture the consumer's information from a registered Credit Bureau and assist you to understand and analyse the consumer’s financial obligations. Additionally, the system automates the generation of documents such as Form 16, Debit Order Cancellation Documents, Power of Attorney, and other necessary mandates requiring consumer signatures. iDOCS has a secure Digital Signature functionality and Client Portal, which makes the signing and submitting of documentation a seamless process for the consumer.
