NEW CLIENT PROCESS

Onboard Process:

  • Introduction to i-DOCS and Demo 

  • Completion of all relevant documentation

  • QA process by Legal Adviser to ensure all documents are fully completed

  • i-DOCS support team to create DC instance and email users log in details

  • Training and Implementation to be confirmed with DC by Training Manager

  • i-DOCS instance will not be activated until

 

Documentation to be Completed:

  • Master SLA 

  • Debit Order Instruction Document

  • New DC Application Form

  • Compuscaninformation document

  • DC Information Contact and Instruction List

  • Insurance Broker Agreement 

  • Copy of ID’s 

  • Copy of Highest Qualification Certificate

  • Completed Documentation to be emailed to support@intelento.co.za

 

Training:

  • Key Accounts and New Business Managers will facilitate on site training with all relevant staff within DC business to ensure full i-DOCS system and processes are understood

  • Insurance Training and process will also be implemented and training conducted

  • Follow up training sessions will be done by Key Accounts Managers to ensure all DC staff are up to date on system updates and changes

  • Key Accounts and New Business Managers will be first point of contact if DC requires any assistance or information

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

i-DOCS instances will only be activated when alldocuments have been signed, Compuscancode has been allocated and relevant information has been checked by Intelento.
